Job Title: Sr. Sales Account Executive
Location: Hingham, MA / Melville, L.I., NY

Job Description:

We are looking for an experience relationship-building sales executive to help grow our retail practice. The ideal candidate is an individual who has a proven track record in selling value-add services and products to marketing executives in the retail and direct to consumer industry. The individual must posses an exceptionally strong entrepreneurial style while being a creative and independent leader. The Account Executive will interact on a regular basis with their assigned clients, and professionals from Intellidyn’s Analytics, Data Strategy, Client Implementation, Business Development, and Accounting Departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, solid follow-through skills, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, hands-on individual who strives in a fast pace goal oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in building sales across a prospect base of mid to large size companies; (greater than $50M sales and over 50 employees in the retail, catalog and direct to consumer industries)
  • Over five years experience in selling B2B products and/ or services;
  • Experience working with C level executive and Fortune 500 companies. Ideally, selling experience to CMO and VP of Marketing;
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals;
  • Application proficient in ACT and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Experience in database analytics, database marketing program management, and or direct marketing a plus;
  • Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and scopes;
  • College Degree BA, MBA (business or marketing a plus)

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Hingham, MA

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, performance, and revenue growth, by proactively making strategic recommendations, and who will make introductions of other Intellidyn products to a portfolio of assigned clients. The AM is directly responsible for the supervision, training, mentoring and scheduling of the Program Manager position. The Account Manager will interact on a daily basis with their assigned clients, the Program Manager, and other Intellidyn client team members, from our Analytics, Data Strategy, Sales, Business Development, and Accounting Departments. This position requires strong marketing strategy and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, proven leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, solid follow-through skills, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office software. The AM must possess problem-solving skills, be able to think independently and must be able to take the initiative to maximize client satisfaction and generate increased revenue. The Account Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Client Services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in field (Direct Marketing, Client Services, Marketing and Analytic Services)
  • 2 years managerial and direct supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office components and pivot tables
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with national credit/demographic vendors
  • College Degree in related field a plus
  • Experience with List Sales and Database Marketing a plus

Required Skills:

  • Self motivated, detail oriented, well organized, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Must be a team player, with proven leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
