Our Company | Privacy Pledge

Client Privacy
The extent to which we protect our clients' information follows our "Zero Defect" practice. We have implemented practices that negate the opportunity for a breach in privacy.

Separate Client Data Warehouses
Every client's data is securely maintained in a separate data warehouse. These warehouses are unique in design to each client's business rules, data and structure. This requires an extensive amount of Intellidyn storage. However, it mitigates the opportunity for inadvertently sharing or accessing another company's data.

Controlled Access to Each Client's Data
Access to all data can only be permitted by the Chief Technology Officer of Intellidyn. This includes the complete operating environment of master files, queries, code, models, scored bases and other related files.

Tier One Data Center
Like Fort Knox, entry into the Intellidyn data center is restricted by multiple levels of access control, including biometric palm scanners and key card readers within the facility that limit movement to authorized areas.

Extreme power redundancy, high end Sun Microsystems hardware and reliable operating systems within the Intellidyn data center provides for a fail safe warehousing and working data center environment.

Intellidyn supports both PGP and Secure FTP with 3DES - 168 Bit Encryption.

Employee Confidentiality
Individual Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality agreements are executed by all Intellidyn employees. These agreements are strictly enforced as Intellidyn takes employee confidentiality seriously.

Consumer Privacy
As agents of the consumer credit bureaus, we are acutely aware of the sensitivities associated with each consumer's personal information. The guidelines and disciplines we follow for credit information are applied across all facets of our company.

"Fail Safe" Suppression Processes

  • Intellidyn’s Privacy Manager secures and maintains the most recent privacy request files from across the US., updating these files on a monthly basis. Included in the suppression files are: The state and national Do Not Call Registry, the Wireless Do Not Call Registry, TransUnion Opt-Out suppressions, and the Do Not Mail Registry. The currency, accuracy and completeness of all available consumer privacy requests is "Job One".
  • Intellidyn maintains and internal Do-Not-Contact Database. Residential consumers may submit, via e-mail, a written request with name, address, and phone number to privacy@intellidyn.com asking to be placed in the Intellidyn Do Not Contact database. Information placed in the Do-Not-Call Database will remain in the Database for at least five (5) years. Although we will enter all consumer information promptly, it may take up to thirty (30) days to completely remove a consumer’s telephone number from all of the Company’s calling lists.
  • Operationally, as part of our campaign Quality Assurance practices, all campaign files must pass through our master suppression file process, prior to release. Suppression match rate reports are mandatory for all campaign files.

Federal Do Not Call Compliance
Intellidyn is committed to upholding the Federal Do Not Call laws. Click here to download and read the Contract we institute with any telemarketing call centers that dial for our clients or purchase our data.
