As CFO of Intellidyn, Balzarini is responsible for the financial affairs of the company, with direct management responsibility for finance and human resources. He also manages all banking relationships, and oversees and develops financial reports, estimates, projections and statements to support business strategies, drive growth and improve productivity.

With more than 20 years of hands-on financial management experience in multiple industries, he has kept Intellidyn sharply focused on the bottom line. As a result, the company has always been profitable with no outside investment. Under Balzarini's management, Intellidyn operates debt free and holds a strong cash position, while continuing on a steep growth track.

Prior to Intellidyn, Balzarini served as CFO at GE Transportation Systems Global Signaling - Advanced Communication Systems Division, helping grow profitability, champion quality, drive process improvement and support and participate in Six Sigma initiatives (he is Green-belt certified). Earlier he was Controller at the M. DeMatteo Construction Company. Balzarini earned a BS degree in business administration and dual MS degrees in accounting and finance. He holds numerous professional certifications, including: CFM, CMA, CBM, and Notary Public, and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and the Institute of Management Accountants.
