We are a team of individuals who spent the bulk of our careers in the client's seat. We have designed this business around our client's needs, that is, the way we needed to be serviced when we were clients. To each client this means: access to all possible available data, delivered by experts who "swim with" and intimately understand the data, paying with volume discounts and paying only for what is used, with the ability to assess performance 24x7.
First and foremost we are marketing strategists, where everything we do starts with fact-based analytics. Our role is to turn data into strategy. Our perspective is that it's not about having the most data, it's about being the best at integrating and leveraging data into actionable ROI-based marketing and risk management initiatives.
Our value as strategists is to out-think each client. This is what they are paying us to do. We enable clients to run their businesses while we focus on optimizing their acquisition, cross sell and retention programs. We do not promise what we think we can do for a client; we deliver for new clients the results we have already achieved in today's marketplace.
We actively recruit clients who are looking to profitably scale their businesses. The more innovative the client, the more we are motivated. Our best client is one who constantly says to us "What are you going to do for me next?"
Service quality goes hand in hand with performance. Each quarter, 25% of our Client Strategy and Implementation executives' compensation is determined by each client's service assessment questionnaire on the executive's management performance. A stand-alone integrated marketing database is constructed for each major client, with a client-owned proprietary set of business rules and meta-data driving that database (root access is limited to the client and their Intellidyn team). This platform is the client's business intelligence asset. If a client desires to internalize this asset we assist in a seamless transition, supporting and refreshing data going forward.
Because we are held to a higher standard, we must continue to focus on our clients' experience, seeing our work through our clients' eyes.
